PCE is currently seeking experienced Field Operators for our upcoming field expansion. Reporting to the Field Lead Operators, you will play a key role in the safe operation and maintenance of our Sweet Gas Field in the Altares, Farell, and Kobes areas.
PCE is undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking experienced Board & Gas Plant Operators for our upcoming Phase 4 expansion. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Plant Team Lead and play a crucial role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our Sweet Gas Processing Facilities in the Altares area. This camp-based role requires a flexible work schedule, including a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation with 12-hour shifts covering both day and night. The position demands a readiness to work extra hours and be on-call as necessary. All successful candidates will undergo a drug and alcohol test as part of our hiring process.
PCE is currently expanding and actively recruiting two individuals to support our Water Operations division near Fort St. John, BC. Work schedule consists of 12hr days, with a “7 on 7 off” rotation shift during the winter months and “14 on 14 off” rotation shift during the summer months.
PCE is actively recruiting a Team Lead, Production Engineering, based out of the Calgary office. Reporting to the Manager, Production & Operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent and optimized production from our asset. The position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of unconventional gas wells, well performance optimization, pipeline modelling and debottlenecking analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the operation of wells, sand management equipment’s, well site dehydration, water injection pumps, hydrocarbon pipelines, and various utility support systems including centrifugal desanders, and chemical injection equipment.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and drive performance improvement initiatives to deliver top-quartile WRFM and ultimate recovery efforts.
· Develop short and long term production plans to optimize base production and production from new wells.
· Lead regularly scheduled well reviews with field operations and multi disciplinary engineering teams.
· Monitor production/injection/disposal well performance and develop action plans to maximize the value of the asset.
· Proactively assess production risks to minimize downtime and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary asset team including geology, reservoir, facilities and drilling to plan and execute area development programs.
· Good understanding of the risks and technical issues associated with subsurface, unconventional wells and surface development opportunities.
· Manage area regulatory requirements and obligations pertaining to inactive well compliance.
· Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance production and reduce cost.
· Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in production management.
THE INDIVIDUAL
About You
· Prioritize safety above all, ensuring that every process and procedure adheres to the highest safety standards and protocols
· Demonstrates track record in delivering production enhancement gains from downhole and/or surface optimization activities.
· Collaborates effectively with multidisciplinary teams, driving alignment and achieving shared objectives
· Communicates technical information clearly and effectively to a diverse audience
· Adapts to changing priorities, manages multiple projects, and delivers results under tight deadlines
· Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and champions innovative solutions
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in production (preferred), chemical, or another related Engineering discipline, with a Master’s degree being an added advantage
· 15+ years of related experience in production engineering, preferably 10+ years in gas processing and unconventional wells.
· Field experience in oil and gas and/or resource industry an asset
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in pipeline modelling tools.
· Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
· Ability to demonstrate computer literacy in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant engineering software.
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

PCE is searching for a Community Relations Representative who will play a key role in ensuring that relationships with local communities are sustainable for PCE projects and operations. Based in the Fort St. John office and reporting to the Team Lead, Land & Systems, developing and maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders is the primary function.
