LEAD, ENVIRONMENT AND REGULATORY PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
PCE is currently seeking a Lead, Environmental and Regulatory Program Management, based out of the Calgary office. This role will play a pivotal role in advancing PCE’s commitment to operational excellence, guided by the Operation’s Strategic Priorities and Transformational Purpose: “Better Than Yesterday”.
The Lead, Environmental and Regulatory Program Management will play a critical role in advancing Pacific Canbriam Energy’s (PCE) commitment to environmental stewardship, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. This role is instrumental in driving the systematic planning, implementation, and management of environmental and regulatory programs to align with and enable PCE’s strategic priorities.
FIELD ENGINEER (EIT)
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Engineer-in-Training (EIT) to join our Operations team as part of our Rotational Development Program. This unique opportunity is designed to provide new graduates with hands-on experience across various departments, including the Gas Plant, Maintenance, Field Operations, Water Hub, Drilling & Completions, and more. Our goal is to develop well-rounded engineers by embedding them in our operations to learn directly from experienced professionals and gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.
RELIABILITY ENGINEER
PCE is actively recruiting a Reliability Engineer, based out of the Calgary office. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent and predictable operation of equipment and systems at our facility. The position demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of reliability principles, predictive maintenance, reliability centred maintenance and root cause analysis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the operation and maintenance of central production treatment/storage/compression facilities (including generators and engines), wells, water injection pumps, related equipment, and various utility support systems including oilfield boilers, centrifugal desanders, and chemical injection equipment.
RESERVOIR ENGINEER STUDENT – MAY 2025
We are seeking a Reservoir Engineer summer student to join the Subsurface department in our Calgary head office for a four-month work term starting in May 2025.
CONTRACT MAINTENANCE SHIFT LEAD – Fort St. John, BC
PCE is undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking a Contract Maintenance Shift Lead. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Maintenance Superintendent and play a crucial role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our Sweet Gas Processing Facilities in the Altares area. The schedule for this role will be 15 days on, 13 days off, 12-hour days. If the successful candidate resides outside of the local operating area, the position will be camp based. PCE’s camp is located approximately 124 kms northwest of Fort St. John, BC near Hudson’s Hope, BC.
CONTRACT FIELD OPERATORS – Fort St. John, BC
PCE is currently seeking experienced Field Operators for our upcoming field expansion. Reporting to the Field Lead Operators, you will play a key role in the safe operation and maintenance of our Sweet Gas Field in the Altares, Farell, and Kobes areas. This camp-based position offers a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation with 12-hour shifts, including day/night shifts. Flexibility for extra hours and on-call duties is required. This safety-sensitive role includes drug/alcohol testing as part of the hiring process.
CONTRACT BOARD & GAS PLANT OPERATORS – Fort st. john, bc
PCE is undergoing an exciting phase of expansion and is seeking experienced Board & Gas Plant Operators for our upcoming Phase 4 expansion. As a key member of our team, you will report to the Plant Team Lead and play a crucial role in maintaining the safe and efficient operation of our Sweet Gas Processing Facilities in the Altares area. This camp-based role requires a flexible work schedule, including a 7/7 or 14/14 rotation with 12-hour shifts covering both day and night. The position demands a readiness to work extra hours and be on-call as necessary. All successful candidates will undergo a drug and alcohol test as part of our hiring process.
CONTRACT WATER HUB OPERATORS – fort st. john, BC
PCE is currently expanding and actively recruiting two individuals to support our Water Operations division near Fort St. John, BC. Work schedule consists of 12hr days, with a “7 on 7 off” rotation shift during the winter months and “14 on 14 off” rotation shift during the summer months.
